NavaStorm

Privacy Policy

Effective date:

1. Who we are

NavaStorm is an Android game developed by NavaStorm Studio (“we”). For any privacy question, write to support@navastorm.com.

2. Summary

  • The game is single-player and works offline.
  • There are no accounts or sign-up, and we run no servers of our own.
  • We do not collect, sell or share your personal data ourselves.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some data as explained below.

3. Data stored on your device

Your progress, settings and stored support calls are saved only on your device. We do not receive them and cannot access them. They are deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows two kinds of ads: rewarded videos, which you choose to watch to recharge the support call, and interstitial ads before some matches. They are served by Google AdMob, which may collect:

  • your device’s advertising ID;
  • your IP address, from which an approximate location is inferred;
  • device and app information such as model, Android version and language;
  • ad interactions and diagnostic data.

Google uses this data to show and measure ads, limit how often they appear, prevent fraud and, where you consent or the law allows, personalize them. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Consent and control

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before loading ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings › Privacy options. In any country you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Google › Ads, or Privacy › Ads).

6. Crash reports

If you have turned on sharing usage and diagnostics data with Google on Android, Google Play shows us crash and performance reports for the game. These reports are anonymous and include technical data such as device model and Android version. The game includes no analytics or crash-reporting tools of its own.

7. Device permissions

The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location. It uses the internet connection only for ads, the advertising ID permission added by AdMob, and vibration for in-game effects.

8. Legal bases

If the GDPR or the LGPD applies to you, we rely on these legal bases: your consent, for personalized ads and for storing or reading information on your device for that purpose; our legitimate interest in funding a free game, for non-personalized ads, ad measurement and fraud prevention, where the law allows; and our legitimate interest in helping you, to reply to your emails. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect earlier processing.

9. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Support email

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. Email reaches us through Cloudflare and Gmail.

11. This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

12. Retention

Game data stays on your device until you delete it. Google keeps advertising data according to its own policy. We keep support emails only as long as needed to handle your request.

13. Security

Game data is protected by Android’s app sandbox, and communications with Google are encrypted. No system is fully secure, but we do not send your data to servers of our own.

14. International transfers

Google and Cloudflare may process data outside your country, under the safeguards described in their policies.

15. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil, the LFPDPPP in Mexico or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Since we keep no data about you, requests about advertising data are best handled with Google’s controls. For any other request, write to us. In Mexico you can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and objection) by writing to us. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

16. US residents

We do not sell personal data for money. In some states, such as California, showing personalized ads may count as “sharing” data for advertising. The categories involved are identifiers (advertising ID and IP address), internet activity (ad interactions) and approximate location. To opt out, delete your advertising ID in Android settings or use Settings › Privacy options in the game, when shown.

17. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. If translations differ, the Spanish version prevails.
